Questions
Can I return a brush I tried?
Unused brushes in their original packaging can be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery. Once a brush, sponge or lash tool has been used it cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless it is faulty.
How should I clean my brushes?
Lukewarm water, a drop of mild soap, then reshape and dry flat with the head slightly downward so water does not loosen the ferrule.
When will my refund land?
Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days. Your bank may add a few days on top.
What if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
Damaged, defective, wrong or missing items are handled separately from the change-of-mind window and are never excluded by it. Write to service@pryvilo.com with your order number and photos, and confirm the return address with our team before sending anything.
